§ 6.1. Procedure to Amend.

(A)

The Charter may be amended in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.03 of the Home Rule Charter of Miami-Dade County. The Village shall enact an ordinance to implement this Article.

(B)

If conflicting amendments are adopted at the same election, the one receiving the greatest number of affirmative votes shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
