§ 2-156. Penalties and personnel action.

The village manager may assess a fine, not to exceed $250.00 for the first offense, and $500.00 for any subsequent offense of this chapter, and costs of investigation. The village manager may take personnel action and may enter into stipulations and settlements as are just and in the best interest of the citizens of Village of Palmetto Bay.
