§ 2-150. Personnel proceeding.

Where an employee of the Village of Palmetto Bay is alleged to have violated a law within the purview of this article, and based upon the same set of facts, is subject to an ongoing disciplinary action initiated by the village, the village attorney and village manager shall stay consideration of a complaint until the conclusion of the personnel proceeding.
